Will the design swatches stay on the dog collar?
Yes! We have tested these products extensively and have found them to be very durable. They even stay on when wet!

Can I wash the design swatches?
Yes! They are machine-washable, we do recommend air-dry.

Can I change the design swatch while my dog is wearing the dog collar?
Yes! Putting a new swatch on works best when the collar is in a loop, as when on your pet and, you don't have to change the tags!

Are these products made in the USA?
Yes! The dog collars and hand-crafted design swatches are made in the USA.

Will the dog collar or design swatches get stuck in my dog's hair?

No! The hook part of the hook and loop is on the collar. If the collar fits as it should (one or two fingers fit between the collar and your dog's neck), you can lift the collar away from your dog enough to apply the design swatch easily. Our video dog, Yogi, has long hair and, as you can see, it is not a problem.

Will I get a free replacement if/when the dog collar wears out?

Absolutely! Simply send us the old collar, and we will send you a brand new one (same size)--FOR FREE!
