Please allow 7-10 days for shipping. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. We do our best to make sure our stock is up to date. If for some reason your item is backordered or not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we cannot satisfy you when an item is not available, then we will issue your card a full refund (assuming the item has not been shipped).
We are not responsible for Acts of God. That is: Postal problems, snow, or any issue that is beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges ...
Any item may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receipt at the expense of the purchasor. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you, we want you to be happy with our products!
If the item is damaged, stained, soiled or washed, the item will not be credited with a refund. Damaged items become the liability of the customer.
Customers are responsible for Return Shipping costs.
Gifts purchased between November 1st and December 25th have until January 20th to return the product for exchange. Once again, please make sure the item you are returning is not damaged, soiled or washed. We must be able to re-sell your return/exchange or we will not be able to refund the product.
